What time should I arrive and how long do events last?

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to start time. You can check in, save your spot, and have time to order food and drinks. If you are with a group, you may save spots for everyone in your group.

Event time can vary by type: Most events run between 90 minutes and 2 hours. Estimated event time will be included in the “event description” on the website.

Do I need to bring anything?

All supplies for your event will be provided! Food and beverage are NOT included and must be ordered from the venue – no BYOB.

What is the minimum age?

Most events are adults only, 21 years of age and older. No minors will be admitted to these events – including infants. We have specific any-age family friendly events on the calendar denoted with an “all-ages” banner. Each participant must purchase a ticket – and no drop – offs of children are allowed. Parents must participate with their children.

What if I need to reschedule my ticket?

You can reschedule for another night up to 24 hours prior to event start time or you may give your ticket to a friend. To reschedule, click here. If less than 24 hours prior to the event or if you are a no-show, a voucher will not be issued. If there is a legitimate emergency that happens last minute, please email us at Hi@PartyPaintUSA and we will do our best to work it out.

Why don’t you offer refunds?

Like almost all live- ticketed events nationwide, we don’t offer refunds. Instead, we offer great flexibility on rescheduling your tickets when plans don’t work out.

How do I redeem my voucher or Party Paint Pass?

Choose your event on the event calendar. Proceed to check-out and click the “APPLY VOUCHER” button. You can enter your voucher code and complete the check out process.
