I love living in Anchorage, Alaska because of the unexpected ways that nature and wildlife intersect with the sidewalks and trails and architecture of the city. The colors, shapes, and textures I experience everyday provide endless inspiration, as do stories, songs, tall tales, and random encounters with wildlife in urban scenes.
